The Black Swan is the perfect venue for intimate weddings, cocktail parties, special occasions, board meetings and small conferences.

The one acre of mature gardens offer many favourite spots for a wedding or celebration including the grotto, lawn, topiary courtyard and conservatory. Inside the main building are a number of meeting room options including the boardroom, library, dining room, bar and conservatory. The dining room, bar and conservatory offer gorgeous views over Lake Rotorua while the stylish boardroom & library are more inward focused and offer LCD screens for laptop presentations.

Meeting facilities include:
