Cancellation policy:

For cancellations made within 7 days or less from the date of arrival, we will withhold 25% of the full room cost
For cancellations made within 3 days or less from the date of arrival, we will withhold 100% of the full room cost

Check In Time: 3.00pm (we will endeavour to accept an early check-in if requested)
Check Out Time: 11.00am (we will endeavour to accept a late check-out if requested)

Child policy:

All ages welcome
Children 2 – 11 years inclusive – 50% of adult rate if sharing the room with parents. Same adult rate inclusions apply
Children 2 years & below – Free of charge – cot available at no extra cost

Smoking policy:

No smoking in the rooms or main Hotel buildings – smoking permitted on the verandah and in the gardens

Transfers:

Airport & tour transfers can be booked on request at a charge.

FIT Groups:

Black Swan Lakeside Boutique Hotel is the perfect property for small FIT groups and can be reserved as a sole use property on request
