The Black Swan Lakeside Boutique Hotel focuses on contemporary Pacific fusion food and offers its guests the opportunity to dine overlooking the lake or fireside…..also if you wish please feel free to request private dining in the conservatory, grotto or gardens.

Breakfast is served in our upstairs dining room from 7am to 10am with divine views out across the lake. Candlelit dinner is served from 6pm starting with canapés and a taste of New Zealand wines followed by a delicious 4 course dinner.
